The room is spotless and absolutely perfect with bathroom. Our hotel is set in a central location just next door to the metro station. Esquilino district is absolutely worth visiting.

The owner was very pleasant. He waited up for me after my flight was delayed and was nice.
Difficult to find, if possible should add somewhere that it is a door and the onyl sign is the tiny marking on the doorbell. At midnight this made it difficult to find!

It was convenient to termini train station. Thats all I liked.
Terrible place. We booked for 7 nights, got there and after 15mins told the guy we are only paying for 1 night and going somewhere else. The rooms get so hot and the air-conditioner doesn't even work. The shower is only cold water and you have to squat in the bath to use the shower hose because the wall slants so u can't stand (the hose comes out from the bath tap and you have to hold it the whole time) there is no wifi in any of the rooms, it only works in the owners room so u have to stand outside his door if u want to use wifi. Owner spoke less than minimal English and didn't understand anything we said, he was very confusing and it was frustrating! Will never be back and don't recommend it to anyone. The so called 'breakfast' was a sugar coated donut or icing coated croissant at a shabby little bar down the road with a cup of tea in a thin plastic cup that scolds your fingers. Not the slightest bit value for money!

The receptionist was attentive and helpful. A bottle of wine was given as a compliment to the room.
The worst thing about this place was the bugs in the room! If we were staying for a longer period not just for a couple of days, we would run away. The second unpleasant thing was awful smell in the bathroom and the room itself didn't look clean. Actually, it's not a hotel, just some separate rooms in a building and there is not even a sign of a hotel,so you have to be very careful not to pass away. The room rate suggests a breakfast in a nearby cafe but this place is entirely small and runs by some chineese people. It didn't look like a cafe, it is obviously very cheap and not clean. We didn't dare to try a breakfast there. The hotel is located in a district I would call "chineese" so if you expect european service and environment, choose another place a bit far from termini station.

The location is excellent, easy to get to metro line A&B, as well as the termini train station. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room is very clean and quiet, with air-conditioning. The staff is helpful.
The room is a bit small

Location: the hotel was right by train station, the city center and metro station, and a " Chinatown " like area in Rome. I loved Kin's Crunchy Chicken, nestled 5 minutes away on foot...
